Marshall's credentials:
ASC PRO strongman.
Pro strongman for 6 years having earned my pro card in only 6 amateur shows.
Top 5 placing in America's Strongest Man 4 out of the 5 years I have competed.
Winner of 09 Bucharest Super Series.
40+ international and domestic competitions as a professional.
Competed in 09 worlds strongest man competition.
I own the world record for the current Husafel stone carry.
3 time BC's strongest man.
Only American to compete in the Log Lift World Championships (I competed in 2011).
All around badass and lady pleaser.


The weekend seminar will consist of classroom presentations on the basics of Strongman training implementation, proper form & technique instructions, and Strongman programming. The majority of the seminar will revolve around hands-on instruction while working in small groups.


Pricing:
$300* per person if 15 people are signed up, discounts available for groups larger than 10
*This number is the minimum number for the event to take place
*LBEB seminars are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled on our end.
*INTL seminars require more sign-ups, numbers vary based on location

Requirements:
Marshall and Brandon will travel to your local gym or box to conduct the seminar. Required equipment necessary for the seminar will include (but not be limited to) yoke, stones, fat bars, barbells, barbell plates, etc...

Please email Brandon@liftbigeatbig.com with all inquiries and requests for event planning. Marshall and Brandon are fairly flexible with scheduling, as long as proper notice is given.

9:00 – 10:00 am Introduction, History of Strongman, Objectives, Reaching Your Goals with Strongman
10:00 – 10:30 am Safety and Prep (Warm-up)

10:30 – 10:45am Break

10:45 – 11:15 am Proper Form & Technique: Strongman Deadlift Instructional (car dl, farmers dl, etc)
11:15 – 12:30 pm Deadlift Practice

12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch

1:30 – 2:00 pm Proper Form & Technique: Strongman Press Instructional (log, axle, dumbbell, etc)
2:00 – 3:15 pm Press Practice

3:15 – 3:30 pm Break

3:30 – 4:00 pm Proper Form & Technique: Loading Instructional (stones, sandbags, kegs, etc)
4:00 – 5:15 pm Loading Practice
5:15 – 6:15 pm Clean & Jerk / Snatch for Strongman Training

Day 2
9:00 – 9:30 am Review, Yesterday Q&A
9:30 – 10:00 am Proper Form & Technique: Walking Events Instructional (yoke, farmers, conans wheel, etc)
10:00 – 11:15 am Walking Event Practice
