  2. Can you possibly post under here your favorite or preferred combinations for True Nutrition mixes. Both whey and casein. Or just load us up with all different kinds of suggested mixes for complete and utter McHugeness.

  3. I am a ovo-vegetarian.. I try to just a lot of wholefoods. I don't eat dairy, but have eggs. What kind of balance of protein/carb/fat do you guys recommend for gaining muscle. I've been trying 40/40/20,but it doesn't really work.

    I eat brownrice protein shakes with fruit every morning. eggs, blackbeans, lentils, spinach and veg for lunch, peas/beans,tofu, grains and veg for dinner. Vegan protein bars n nuts n dried fruit for snacks.
